The official mini battlebots team of the University of Waterloo
WATBOTs is Waterloo’s mini BattleBot team, dedicated to designing, building, and competing with 1–3 pound combat
robots.
Each semester, we design brand-new robots from the ground up.
Whether you’re into mechanical design, electrical systems, or embedded software, WATBOTs offers an exciting,
hands-on environment to build your engineering skills.
WATBOTs competes each semester in intense, fast-paced tournaments where robots battle in enclosed arenas using a
variety of weapons and strategies to defeat their opponents.
